Thought you all should know that Mohave County passed new law that affects all property owners with rental property. It is now mandatory that all rental property owners provide trash service for your rental property.
On another note, we have been feverishly searching for a parking lot paving company. We are looking at removing all old asphalt and replacing it with new asphalt. The cost is astronomical. One bid was $44,000.00.

Christmas Home Decorating Contest: Judging will be on December 15th
Annual Christmas Party will be Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 6:00 pm. POT LUCK. Bring a main dish or a side dish. Don’t forget to bring a non-perishable food donation and a new unwrapped toy for our donation to Fort Mohave Fire Dept. Property owners of rentals please notify your tenants.
Board Meetings – First Thursday each month 5:30 PM. (Closed Session – Board Only)
General Meeting (open to residents) – 6:30 PM (General) First Thursday each month following Board Meeting.
Summer Break July and August 2016
Ladies Bunco – First Monday each month at 6:00 PM, and Second Thursday at 6:
Pool opens around the end of April, if weather permits. Pool Keys will be issued at that time.
Pool keys will also be available when signs are posted on the clubhouse window.
